But the truth is, writing doesn’t need hours of uninterrupted time to be meaningful. It needs intention. Start by acknowledging that your time is limited and plan accordingly. Even 15-minute focused writing sessions can move your story forward. Small, consistent progress adds up faster than you think. Creating mental space is just as important as finding physical time. If your mind is cluttered with to-do lists and stress, try taking some deep breaths, praying for clarity and listening to peaceful music that can help you to get into a creative flow.
