But the truth is, writing doesn’t need hours of uninterrupted time to be meaningful. It needs intention. Start by acknowledging that your time is limited and plan accordingly. Even 15-minute focused writing sessions can move your story forward. Small, consistent progress adds up faster than you think. Creating mental space is just as important as finding physical time.
