When you are facing a dark time in your life or can’t see the path you should take, turn to God who gives illumination and understanding. Only he sees the complete picture of what life holds. Only he can light the path of our life and give us direction for our future.

However, sometimes the answers we desire don’t come as quickly as we expect. Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) offers solace, stating, “But those who wait on the Lord will be renewed in strength; they will soar like eagles, run without fatigue, and walk without becoming weary.” Spiritual growth and waiting on God can be challenging, often leading to impatience and the temptation to resolve issues on our own.
