It is easy to be restless and worried about things that affect us every day. Money, health, family drama and social issues are some of the things that add stress and frustration to our life. Instead of worrying and stressing over these issues, give your worries to God. Only God can change a person's heart and bring health to our bodies. God knows how much money we need.

When Jesus walked the earth, he told the people who followed him to not be overly worried or anxious about what they would eat, wear, or how much money they needed, because God, their Heavenly Father, knew what they needed. 

As you work, provide for your family and take care of the daily responsibilities of life, trust God to provide for you and let him give you peace.
